Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Sid Smooth alongside Dj Friktion became The Goodfellas in 1998 and haven’t looked back since. Rising fast in the Vancouver nightlife scene in 2000 quickly earning them top residencies at Vancouver’s biggest and best urban nights that made record setting runs in the city including a 7 year weds residency at “Grande “ a staple weeknight for Vancouver’s hip-hop culture, a 9 year residency at “ INTL GOLD” Fridays and a record setting 16 year residency at the hip-hop, r&b, reggae /dancehall night “ Players Club ” Saturdays still holding the longest running urban night in the history of Vancouver. In 2010 The Goodfellas started making dj edits and earned their

way onto Crooklyn Clan’s “ The Vault ” supplying deejays with edits and selling a record selling 1,000,000 + edits to djs all around the world and still today for now 12 years where The Goodfellas hold #2 all time top selling artists ranking. Also opening for many concerts / After parties in Vancouver including Drake, Pusha T, Fabolous, Akon, Meek Mill, Tyga, Warren G, Jon B, 112, Big Sean, Snoop Dogg, Russell Peters, Tyrese and many more.

In 2015 Sid came to Las Vegas and toured across the US in many cities including Los Angeles, San Diego, Austin, Dallas, New York, Honolulu etc. In Las Vegas he has done radio shows on Q100, 98.5 KLUC & Throwback Radio on mixcloud. Sid has also been featured on Pitbull’s Globalization on Sirius XM July 4th. Deejaying at local favorite spots dtlv like Commonwealth & Lucky Day and now with BLUEPRINT SOUND Las Vegas if you haven’t heard him dj yet there’s only one word to perfectly describe it “Smooth”
