ShadowReD is renowned for the wide range of his musical spins. Born in Brooklyn and raised in North Jersey, he forged multi ethnic and cultural friendships that exposed him to a plethora of music that developed his unique trademark style of being able to conform to a specific event theme or instinctively improvise to captivate a diverse crowd.

After stints as a promoter for well-known artists, engineering at Playground/Mini Mansion recording studio and freelancing as an entertainment correspondent for Comcast network, ShadowReD gathered his collective influences in 2007 and devoted his career to spinning tunes.

ShadowReD quickly became critically acclaimed and sought after in the New York City nightlife scene as a DJ with an unparalleled style that landed him the residency in the world famous Meat Packing District at Club Lotus (now SL Lounge). Building his resume and reputation enabled him to spin at some of New York City’s most prestigious venues and events such as LAVO, Marquee, The Plaza Hotel, and NY Giants Super Bowl Party 2008 to name a few.

ShadowReD’s mantra, “Make someone dance and you’ve touched their soul”, has paved the way for his international ventures. Some include spinning at the 02 Arena, Oceana, China White and Liquid London, Heineken Center in Amsterdam, Tantra in St. Maarten, and a private party for professional soccer player Rio Ferdinand of Manchester United.
